Pico/IPAX/STX & Basic Support

  • Monitor the switch daily for errors and fix any configuration problems.
  • Check the call stats report that the switch creates daily. We do this because it helps us find errors in the setup of the switch that may be costing your company money.
  • Monitor the peak trunk usage to insure that there are enough available trunks for each carrier and alert the switch owner when they are getting close to using all the capacity on a carrier.
  • Setup and maintain the limits tables on the switch. These include call limits, bill number limits, long call limits, etc.
  • Setup and maintain the Block tables on the switch. These include blocked ANI, blocked NPA, blocked country code, etc.
  • Setup and maintain the maintenance fees tables on the switch. These tables are crucial to the success of any prepaid company.
  • Setup and maintain the rate tables on the switch. This includes the default rates, additive rates, taxes, surcharges, override rates, etc.
  • Setup and maintain the routing in the switch. If you have more than a couple of carriers it is important that routing be setup correctly to insure the greatest completion of calls while minimizing the costs.
  • Setup and maintain the switch trunk groups. It is important that your trunk groups are setup correctly to insure that they are properly configured in order to minimize the carrier costs.
  • Work with carriers to install new circuits into the switch. Test and turn up of new circuits.
    Setup and maintain lots on the NTS
  • Generate pins on the NTS.
  • Setup and maintain accounts on the NTS.
  • Setup the NTS and constantly monitor to make sure that it is running at peak performance.
    Help with data migration from an external organization into your NTS system. This is helpful in obtaining customers that have pins on a someone else's network and want to move those pins and balances over to your NACT platform. (There may be an additional cost for this service depending on the size of the job)
  • We will interface with NACT if a ticket needs to be opened with them. This means you contact us once and if we can not fix the problem we will contact NACT to get resolution. Because of our years of experience working with NACT we can direct NACT to where the potential problem is and thus we are able to get resolution to the problem in a timelier manner.
  • All other day-to-day support tasks as needed.
 

Advanced NTS Support

  • Setup and maintain rate tables in the NTS system in order for you to bill your customers.
  • Setup and maintain your carrier rates in the NTS system. This will allow you to run profitability reports.
  • Setup and maintain the advanced reporting features on the NTS 2000.

 

 

 

 

Weekend Monitoring

 

  • This service is for those companies that want added security that comes with someone watching the switch.
  • Monitor the switch every few hours during the weekend and holidays. This includes checking for errors, etc.
  • Process non-emergency work requests. Every few hours during the weekend we will also check e-mail for any non emergency work requests such as rate changes, pin problems, etc.

 

 

 

 

Order Carrier Circuits

  • This service is available for those companies that need a little extra help with their carrier circuit orders. We will fill out the carrier circuit order forms and interface with your carrier contacts in order to insure that what you want is what you order.
  • We also have relationships with some carriers. Put our relationships to work for you, we can help to negotiate great prices from these carriers.

 

 

 

Data Migration & Data salvage

  • Sometimes you run into the situation where you have a customer that already has pins & balances out on the street and they want to bring that traffic to your switch. We can facilitate the migration of that data from wherever it is into your NACT equipment.
  • It is very rare but it has happened, where you lose some portion of your switch data or NTS data and that data needs to be recovered. We can assist in the salvage & recovery of that data.

 

 

 

Equipment Installation & Wiring

  • We will travel to your switch site and install your NACT switching equipment. Because of our many years of experience we can insure that your switching sire is installed properly.
  • Before we travel to your site we will insure that you have all the equipment necessary in order to have your site configured professionally and right.
  • We are the only outside company that NACT has used to install their equipment. This is because they trust our skills and know we do professional work.
  • After the initial installation process you may need additional wiring or configurations on your equipment.

 

 

 

NTS & Web Server Equipment Collocation

  • We have a controlled environment where we can provide a place for your NTS & Web Server equipment.
  • We provide the internet band width to your equipment. This will enable your equipment to communicate to your NACT switch. Also you will be able to access your equipment.
  • We provide a firewall so that we can regulate who has access into your equipment.
  • Our facility is located near our offices in Florida.

 

 

 

Pico / IPAX / STX Equipment Collocation

 

  • We have a controlled collocation environment where we can place your NACT switching equipment.
  • We provide the internet bandwidth in order for you to access your equipment. This will also allow your NTS system to communicate to your switching equipment.
  • We provide a firewall at the collocation facility so that we can control who has access to your equipment.
  • We can also provide additional racks or rack space for your DSX panels or Cisco equipment.
  • If you do not have DSX panels or Cisco equipment we can provide those to you at an additional charge.
  • There are several carriers within the collocation facility that you can connect to with little or no local loop cost.
